Performance management doesnt need to be an expensive software solution. If you do it right, it should be more about the process than the technology at first anyway. One other note-please, for the love of humanity, dashboards are not the same thing as scorecards, and vice-versa. Oh, and measuring everything in your business, while herculean and noble at best, isn’t the best use of your analyst’s time. Measure what you manage, and manage by those measurements. Plain and simple.
